What is your production capacity?
We have a large production base with 16 integrated production lines and an annual output of 2.3 million pieces/sets.
How to confirm if the product is what I want?
We will produce sample first and then send you the sample to confirm the details. If you do not like it we can make it again.

Design and samples
What kind of drawing files should I send you?
For optimal results, we prefer vector graphics in formats such as AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or PDF. However, if you have raster images, they should be high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) and in formats such as JPG, PNG, or TIFF. Before sending, ensure the file represents the design accurately and that any fonts used are either outlined or provided with the file.
Is my design considered creative art?
Our focus is primarily on manufacturing apparel based on the designs we receive. While we can provide feedback on the technical aspects of your design to ensure it's suitable for production, we don't evaluate or judge the creative or artistic merits of a design. If you're looking for creative guidance or design services, please let us know, and we can discuss options or provide referrals.
How to know the price of the clothing?
Price is the most concerning problem of every customer. There are several factors that will decide the price: style of the clothes, accessories of the garments, fabric of garments, quantity of the order, date of delivery, etc.
Can I get a sample before bulk order & what's your sample policy?
Yes, we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place bulk order. Each sample we will charge a fee, but we will return the sample fee when the bulk order is confirmed.
OEM and ODM
Can you do the design for us?
Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM & ODM are both welcome.
How can I customize own designs?
Send your designs or idear for us by photos, drawing, sketch, tech-pack, color painting.
We will provide fabric options for you.
Offer quotation for you, for complicated designs, price come after sampling.

Do you provide size chart?
Yes, we will provide your size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer here.
Can I add logo on the package bags and boxes? l am building my own brand.
Sure. We helped over 500+ brands to build their business. We accept custom package bags, boxes, brand tags, brand labels, etc. Feel free to contact us and let us know your needs.
Custom Apparel Orders
What's your minimum quantity?
Our MOQ is only 1 Piece
What is your shipping mode?
By express (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, Aramex, etc), by air or by sea.
What is the delivery date?
Sample garments are completed in 3-7 days, custom-made products are shipped in 7-15 days, and production time is determined by the number of goods.
When do I pay for my products?
Payment is due upon [e.g., "order confirmation" or "receipt of the invoice" or "delivery of the products"]. A [specified percentage, e.g., "50%"] deposit might be required for larger orders. Please review our payment terms for detailed information or reach out to our accounts department for clarification.
How to control the products quality?
We have a professional QC team which could trace all of the procedure of production from beginning to the ending.
How do I pay?
